We train Full-contact karate (Ashihara / Kyokushin) at least twice a week.
You are welcome on:
Tuesday evening 2030-2200 @ Houtrust
Saturday morning 1100-1230 @ Aarti`s Place
Training is open to anyone, beginners and experienced karatekas train together.
Dress code: karate-gi or any loose outfit.
We believe payment needs to be kept as simple as possible. So everyone just puts in 55,- for 10 sessions. In this way we can cover all expenses made on behalf of the group.
